Wednesday 19th November
The winter has arrived! This morning was cold. Despite that we had a reasonable turnout: Christophe, Mohamed (Christophe friend and a new member), Helmut, Ramzi and Cato. It was too cold and no-one felt for getting out their phone for photos. The rout was the usual Wednesday rout as shown below.

Monday 17th November 2025
To compensate for the lost Sunday ride, due to bad weather, Ramzi an Cato decided to go out this Monday.
The Garmin did not record the rout; Ramzi come from Valbonne(ish) and Cato from Le Cannet and the meeting point was at Board de Mer in Biot. The rout was along the coast to The port in Nice, back the same rout along the coast in quite a strong head wind to Golfe Juan, Vallauris. From the top, Ramzi followed the rout towards Mougins and Cato back to le Cannet, a great ride it was.

Below a couple of pics with snow covered mountains in the background from the week end's bad weather.

Wednesday 8th October 2025
Six of us went out on our usual Wednesday ride staked out by our road captain Ernst

Today's riders were: Suzette, Neil, Joel, Leon, Cyril and Cato. Ernst had been poisoned by some sap from a Lavender tree and unfortunately didn't feel well, but he joined for coffee. Joel unfortunately had to go home and could not join us for the coffee.
Other than that everything was normal with Neil and Leon taking up the from chairs.

Wednesday 01 October 2025
Two groups went out today.
The first group was the traditional Ernst's group starting from Valbonne up to Pre du Lac, down to Grasse, down to la Plan de Grasse, up to Plascassier back to Valbonne. This group with Ernst, Paul, Helmut, Gerard, Cyril, Neil and Cato were struggling to he extend that no one managed to fetch their cameras, no picures were taken.

The second group lead by David, accompanied by Leon, Alex, Cedric, Ramzi with presidential guest rider Robert parted from Golfe Juan by the coast and rode comfortably alongside the coast. As they were going very slow, enjoying the view they didn't feel the need for a map, but had plenty of time to take photos.

Sunday 28 September 2025
The rout was created by Ernst. The starting point was Valbonne

This Sunday brought a sharp drop in temperature, and those brave enough to start out in short sleeves had a chilly beginning. Luckily, the sun soon rose and warmed us up, and by the time we reached Tanneron for our coffee break the conditions were pleasantly comfortable.
Today's Cyclist were: Margo, Ruth who joined us from Peymeinade, David, Darren, Ramzi, Neil, Alex, Semon, Ernst and Cato.

From Valbonne we headed through Plascassier and Peymeinade before climbing up to Tanneron for our coffee break—except for Neil, who reminded us he was on holiday and, true to his British roots, opted for a beer instead.

Sunday 21 September 20225
The rout was set up by Ernst, our road Captain. The official starting point was Gordon. However, some started from Valbonne and some from Pre du Lac.

A great day out. The weather was superb and the air fantastic. We were quite a large group this Sunday with, Ineke, Ernst, Cato, David, Alex. Francois, Cedrigo, Margo, Julien, Jim, Gavin, Semon and Joel. This was probably the last ride for the season up in the mountain as it is getting darker and a bit colder.
Our coffee break was in the old village of Greolieres:
We finished up with Lunch in Pre du Lac:
